- I understand that my dog is required to be current on rabies vaccinations. (We recommend Bordetella & DAPP, and urge you to discuss your dog’s situation with your vet.) I will keep a current shot record on file with Camp Cooper.
- I understand that if my dog or cat becomes ill or injured, my pet sitters will follow procedures recommended by the American Red Cross First Aid Guidelines. If an incident requires more attention, I agree that Al, Barbara or their representative has my approval to take my pet to the vet and make decisions with the vet if I am not reachable and/or it is an emergency situation. I understand I will be responsible for any vet bills. If my dog is in an altercation between dogs, and is the obvious aggressor, I could be liable for an injured dogs vet bills.
- I may receive emails from my pet sitters and agree that my pet’s photos may be used in social media.
